Pro Clima
Air Sealing Systems
Environmentally focused, Pro Clima is the world leader in complete, ecological, airtightness and vapor control systems: membranes, tapes, gaskets and adhesives - all supported by intensive building science research. Pro Clima was founded in 1978, by Lothar Moll, a pioneer in biological and ecological building methods, with a degree in Engineering Wood Technology Study and Industrial Engineering. Pro Clima developed the first variable-permeability vapor retarder, and was then endorsed by the Fraunhofer Institute of Building Physics. At the beginning of the millennium Pro Clima introduced SOLITEX, a new range of monolithic non-porous and vapor diffusion open roofing and wall lining membranes. Unlike conventional micro-porous membranes, monolithic membranes actively transport vapour out of building elements more reliably. In 2004 the high-performance INTELLO PLUS airtight smart vapor control membrane set new standards for protection from mold and decay in construction. The cornerstone of the tapes is a SOLID acrylic adhesive that has confirmed in third party testing, 100+ years of durable performance. Today, Pro Clima, at its headquarters in Schwetzingen, Germany, develops climate-adapted building envelope and sealing systems and distributes them to more than 30 countries worldwide (with subsidiaries in New Zealand and Australia) and continues to research specific sustainable solutions for the performance and requirements of the building envelope systems of the future. With Pro Clima and 475, you can benefit from our experience, reliability and expert, dependable support - backed-up by a comprehensive, transparent and fair warranty.

Brink
Heat / Energy Recovery Ventilation
In 1903, Brink started as a small ironworks in Assen, Netherlands. In 1958, Brink moved to the conveniently located village of Staphorst and started focusing on the production of towing hooks. Subsequently, in 1964, Brink Towing Hooks was expanded with an air heating branch: Brink Air heating. The great innovative power of Brink became evident when, in the early eighties, Brink developed the first Heat Recovery Ventilation unit (HRV) in the Netherlands. This innovation went into production and was successfully marketed in 1982. Since that time, Brink has made major investments in HRV and ERV technology, developing new and improved ventilation systems every few years, releasing the Flair series in 2018, which 475 brought to North America. With 40+ years of export experience, over 250 employees, and an annual revenue of €60+ million, 475 is proud to be chosen as the exclusive distributor of Brink systems in North America.

Passive House Institute
International Passive House Certification Body
The Passive House Institute (PHI) is an independent research institute founded 1996 with a continuously growing interdisciplinary team of over 60 employees. PHI has played an especially crucial role in the development of the Passive House concept and has assumed a leading research and development position of construction concepts, building components, planning tools and quality assurance for very energy efficient buildings. PHI has been responsible for the building physics related consultancy and technical guidance on a number of firsts including the first Passive House office building, the first Passive House factory, the first Passive House schools and gymnasiums, the first Passive House indoor pool halls and the first Passive House retrofits. The Institute is currently providing such expertise for numerous new, innovative projects. The Passive House Institute makes its knowledge available to everyone: its research, its certification and training programmes, as well as the distribution of its planning tools such as the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) and designPH.
